We provide custom software development including web applications, mobile apps, and desktop solutions. Project specifics will be outlined in separate agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and code will be your property. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments & Refunds

Projects require a deposit before work begins. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for uncompleted work.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project.

6. Changes to Terms

Updated terms will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
